A massive backyard was totally underutilised, with one tenth of the space allocated to entertaining.

Walls were demolished, levels lowered and a wide set of stairs opened the area up to allow easy transition between the upper and lower areas.

The space is now fully used to its potential, with large entertaining areas, spa, water features and open lawn.
